The California Draft Horse and Mule Association values its you, and in 2019 we recognize Sebastian Popoff as the Junior Youth High Point Driver and Josh Albrecht as the Senior Youth High Point Driver. Both of these youth are involved in all aspects of Draft Horses and accumulated the most points in their age group in 2018
